Alaina Downing, Artistic Director
A Paris native, Ms. Downing has spent the bulk of her professional career in New York City as an opera singer. She has her Master's Degree in Music Performance from Texas Tech University and has now dedicated her life to bringing art and culture to her hometown.
Andy Johnson, Technical Director
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Paris Junior College and has recently accepted the position of technical director of PCT.
