Lanai is excited to be in A Christmas Story: The Musical. She recently worked with PCT on Alice in Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass as the 1st proper authority and announcer. She also performed in The Wizard of Oz (2019) as part of the Lullaby League. Lanai is 10 years old and a 5th grade students at Trinity Christian Academy. When not in theater, she enjoys horseback riding and baking. She is thankful for her family's love and support.
Carter has enjoyed working with Paris Community Theatre on A Christmas Story. His recent credits include being included in the child's ensemble in Looking Glass Land last Spring. When he isn't on stage, Carter enjoys school and plays soccer!
Liam has recently been in another PCT show, Looking Glass Land. He is a in 7th grade and participates in drama and choir. He would like to thank his parents and others who helped get him to and from rehearsals and is excited to be in A Christmas Story!
Eli is thrilled to start his acting at PCT. he has enjoyed being a part of this program. When he isn't in school, Elie is riding bikes with his friends, enjoying time with his family or volunteering with his dad at the Faught First Department, along with the friends that have become family. He wants to thank everyone for helping him get to and from play practice!
Amy has enjoyed years of performing, directing, and choreographing at PCT. Most recently, she directed the musical, "The Marvelous Wonderettes" and looks forward to bringing "The Marvelous Wonderettes: Dream On" a 70s reunion back to the PCT stage this June. She was excited to be a part of this great cast and to be directed by Laura Hutchings.
Don has had a great time being a part of PCT the couple of years. The cast and crew have been a wonderful addition to his resume. He and his wife previously performed in the Palm Springs, CA area for many years.
Greg has been singing and dancing since she was a child growing up in Clarksville, TX. She has enjoyed being a part of PCT since moving to the area 3 years ago with husband Don Cook. They look forward to working with the group for years to come!
A Nevada transplant, now a Texan, Kathne made her PCT debut in "Drop Dead" and was recently seen in "Plaza Follies" and "Red Velvet Cake War". She decided to take a break from the limelight and try her hand as an assistant stage manager. The only octogenarian in the group, she thanks her family for telling her, "It's the stage or the nursing home".
Gavin is a 5th grade student at Crocket Intermediate School. This is his first play with PCT. Last year, Gavin and his Future Problem Solving Team won 2nd place in the state of Texas for their Action Plan Presentation, where they had to create their own skit and props. Gavin was also part of the News Crew when he attended Justiss Elementary. Gavin enjoys reading, gaming, drawing, and spending time with his family and friends.
Returning to the PCT for her 11th time, Mandy could not be more excited to be a part of this Cast. Mandy entered the world of theater in 2016 and has been in numerous productions since then, including roles in "Steel Magnolias", "Mamma Mia", and "Sherlock Homes and the Adventure of the Suicide Club". Along with the theatre she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and animals. She wants to thank her husband for being so understanding during the last few weeks of rehearsals. She is so grateful for her fellow cast and crew members along with her directors Laura Hutchings and Alaina Downing for the love and support they've shown her.
After retiring from a 35 year teaching career, I decided to help with the costumes for the musical. My experience has been and "eye opener" and has given me a great appreciation for all the talent and hard work of the volunteers who make a production so fun and successful.
This is my 3rd show here and I love PCT. I enjoy backstage helping and being onstage with my family and friends.
Nate is extremely tired of dealing with all these cobble-globbering kids! He has participated in several shows here, recently, including, "Sherlock Holmes", "Drop Dead", and "Plaza Follies". If the Bumpus hounds show up to one more show...anyway, he hopes you appreciate his clumsy singing about plastic, sex-displays despite his advanced degrees of music.
Benjamin is a nine year old boy who is very excited to be performing in his first play the the Paris Community Theatre, "A Christmas Story: The Musical". He currently attends Excel Christian Academy and is in fourth grade. Benjamin enjoys golfing, reading books, pizza, and video games. Benjamin would like to send out a special thank you to everyone who has helped him along the way. John 3:16
Javier is excited to be part of the Paris Community Theatre musical, "A Christmas Story". Javier is a retired Marine. He is the father of Benjamin Mata who is playing Ralphie Parker.
Mabrie is a 12 year old 6th grader at Prairiland Junior High. She enjoys playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, and making jewelry in her spare time. Mabrie loves crafting and performing dances and skits for her family. She enjoys a good book and creating shirts or designs on her circuit.
Joah made his stage debut in PCT's 2023 production of "Looking Glass Land" as a pawn. He is loving the second grade at Blossom Elementary. He does, indeed, "like Santa".
In my 30 plus years of stage-acting, I am excited to always to on new challenges and roles. I love getting to do theater with my wife and daughter. As my favorite childhood movie comes to life on stage, I am extremely grateful to be a part of it.
Michelle studied vocal performance and theater at UNT. She returned to Paris, where she met her husband at PCT. Some the productions Michelle performed in at PCT are "Chicago", "Into the Woods", and "The Marvelous Wonderettes". She is thrilled to be onstage with her husband, Dalen and daughter, Audrey.
Laura caught the "theatre bug" when she understudied the role of "Mother" in the 2nd grade play. "Mother" caught the stomach bug and Laura's passion for theatre was born. After earning her BFA in Theatre from Texas Christian University, she taught in Ft. Worth and Paris. Although she coached her students to 2 state One Act Championships, she said nothing beats working with her granddaughters, Sydney and Danaye, in "A Christmas Story".

Creed made his stage debut as a proper authority in the spring production of Looking Glass Land. He attends 4th grade at Blossom Elementary. He enjoys crawfish and deer hunting.
Libby made her stage debut as Toby in Sweeney Todd in last year's Plaza Follies. Most recently, she was Humpty Dumpty in Looking Glass Land. She attends 6th grade at Prairiland Junior High and is an aspiring actress.
I've worked several volunteer positions for PCT in the past, (B.C.-Before Covid), so I'm excited to be returning as the stage manager for this "Christmas Story". Thanks go to Laura Hutchings for giving me this opportunity.
Amelia couldn't be happier to make her PCT debut. She was last seen as the Red Queen in the children's production of "Lookin Glass Land" and young Nala in "The Lion King". An 8th grader at North Lamar, she is active in student council and On-Act Play competition. Much love to her parents for encouraging her to follow her dream, her siblings for their support and her little sister Evelyn for inspiring her role.
RJ is excited to maker acting debut in the Paris Community Theater's, "A Christmas Story". She has been a competitive dancer for over ten years and loves the stage. She teaches beginner dancers and studies, tap, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, and lyrical dance styles at Gravity Dance Company in Paris, TX. Ruby Jack is a sophomore at Trinity Christian Academy. She also can be found at Cornerstone Baptist Church, where she is very involved in youth activities.
Tabitha is thrilled to perform as the mother; she grew up watching the classic movie, and can't wait to bring her character to life on the PCT stage. Tabitha made her acting debut as Mrs. Lovett in last year's Plaza Follies. She is joined in this production by her three children, all of whom are in the children's ensemble.
Alyssa is thrilled to be a part of this production. She recently debuted in PCT's Children's Theater production of "Looking Glass Land" as the White Queen. She is a 9th grade homeschool student and part-time PJC student. When Alyssa isn't on stage, she enjoys reading, baking, and listening to music. She is also assisting with costumes for this production. Alyssa would like to thank her parents for encouraging her to pursue her artistic talents.
Brenda has enjoyed being Head Costumer for "A Christmas Story: The Musical". She loves a challenge and embraced her creativity to choose and design the numerous costumes required for this production. She previously assisted with costuming in "Looking Glass Land". Brenda works as a private caretaker for the elderly. For fun, she likes to read, play board games, and garden. She thanks her family for their support while volunteering her time.
Marley is very excited to maker her acting debut in PCT's "A Christmas Story: The Musical". She's in 10th grade and loves singing and has been a part of her church praise team since she was 13. She also enjoys playing piano and is currently taking lessons. Marley loves taking trips with her family (especially cruises) and wants to thank them for their love, support, and encouragement.
Danaye lives in Quitman, Texas and is thrilled to be performing for the first time with Paris Community Theatre. She attends 5th grade at Quitmam Elementary and loves to sing and play piano. Danaye would like to thank her mom, dad, and Aunt Debbie, for their tireless transportation to and fro. She also sends her infinite gratitude and love to director Laura Hutchings (aka Nana). You are awesome!
Sydney is very excited to be part of the PCT production of the Christmas Story. When she is not on stage, she enjoys dancing, painting and baking, as well as writing poetry. Her recent credits include Alice in Wonderland (Alice) and The Liion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe (Lucy). She would like to thank her whole family for their constant support and her aunt, uncle, and mom for driving her to rehearsals every week.
Ellie is excited to be in this prouction. She recently played Tweedle Dum in PCT's "Looking Glass Land". She is 11 years old and in 5th grade. While she is not in school, she enjoys reading and drawing. Ellie wants to thank her sister Mallory for all her amazing acting tips which helped her so much.
Mallory has been excited to be in "A Christmas Story" at PCT since she first heard about it. She recently performed Alice in "Looking Glass Land" at PCT. Mallory enjoys playing sports outside at school, and involved in the Destination Imagination improv team. She loves getting into her dress-up clothes at home and acting with her sisters. Mallory wants to thank her parents and sisters for supporting her.
This is Marion's first official theater production, but she has always been dramatic, with plenty of home movies under her belt. She is a 6th grader at Stone Middle School, and she enjoys drawing, basketball, and using lots of words. She would like to give a shout out to her grandma for all the rides to and from rehearal.
Actor, Jeweler, writer, musician...my world revolves around creativity. My truest calling is to isolate the beauty from the mundane, display it through all five senses and use it to inspire. I'm an artist to the core. I'm excited to be onstage again with my theater family. I last worked with Laura on "Drop Dead" and absolutely loved it. I'm honored to work with her again on "A Christmas Story".
Kevin hails from the 703 district of Midland, TX, where it never snows on Christmas. Give him your money.
